Question by Sabastian Darf: What is the best starter for e-cigarettes?
My neighbor won’t stop smoking inside at night now that the weather is getting cold. I haven’t complained to him yet. I want to offer him some sort of affordable e-cigarette kit when I go to ask him to cut it out. What can I start with and where is a website I can use to give him some more information?
The reason it bothers me is it fills my house with the smell of cigarettes. My clothes and furniture and kitchen all smell like smoke when I try to sleep. I don’t want to inhale it if i’m not getting the nicotine.

if he is your neighbour and he smokes inside why does that bother you? who cares what he does in his home!
well he is still smoking on his property and there is nothing you can do about it except for asking him nicely to stop, but thats IT!
i have a hard time believing HIS smoke is getting from HIs house to YOURS, i just don;t believe it! i think you just want to cause trouble!
